Email supports are provided in most cases. You don't have to purchase
our product in order to get supports. You can send us emails with
questions regarding the trial products also.
Our software have been fully tested before they are released and they usually require
no setups at all other than a few simple steps during the installation.
We are confident that our software work perfectly for at least 95% of the
users.
Again, the software does not come with any warranty. So please do
